The Penthouse is the apartment of choice if you want to spend classy days in Kaprun. The name says it all and on top you have a wide window front facing the steep slopes of the Kitzsteinhorn. Due to its vast spacing the penthouse is ideal for big families, groups or friends to enjoy exciting days in Kaprun. LATEST NEWS: From Winter 19/20 the brand new K-onnection gets you up to the top of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn, starting from the centre of Kaprun!
With its 80m² the Penthouse is the biggest unit in the house. It is divided in 3 sleeping rooms and a big living room, which gives space for up to 10 guests. Only one of the sleeping rooms comes with a stowable bunk bed. The other rooms offer king-size sleeping in double beds. Sure, we equipped the apartment with two modern bathrooms and a separate toilet. Free Wifi and private parking is included in our service. Additionally the garden offers a sitting area and a barbecue.
Every apartment kitchen needs full equipment to prepare your favourite dishes: It comes with fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board.
The Area: The centre of Kaprun can be easily reached by foot (500m) and offers a variety of restaurants – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Further our guests will find a grocery shop only 100m away (Billa). Also the next bus stop (Jugendherberge, 200m) can be reached within walking distance. For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 2h, 80km).
