Our deluxe apartment welcomes our guests with a cosy atmosphere. The highlight: The calm hillside location looking at the roof tops of Kaprun. Weather you are a couple or a family, want to spend relaxed days or you are seeking for action adventures, we offer a variety of activities for everybody. LATEST NEWS: From Winter 19/20 the brand new K-onnection gets you up to the top of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn, starting from the centre of Kaprun!
The apartment is divided in a sleeping and living room. It accommodates up to 6 guest on 45m². Moreover we built a modern bathroom including a barrier-free walk in shower. Of course we provide free Wifi access and private parking in front of the house. Further you will find a calm sitting area in the garden, including a barbecue.
The open kitchen is fully equipped as well: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board.
The Area: The centre of Kaprun can be easily reached by foot (500m) and offers a variety of restaurants – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Further our guests will find a grocery shop only 100m away (Billa). Also the next bus stop (Jugendherberge, 200m) can be reached within walking distance. For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 2h, 80km).
