To strengthen our team in Zell am See, we are looking for an HR Manager / HR Generalist (m/f/d) who will help build our HR processes, support our employees and contribute to the continued growth of our organisation.
Your Tasks
As an HR Manager / HR Generalist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in building and continuously improving our human resources organisation.
Your responsibilities include managing and developing HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and retention.
You will coordinate recruitment activities, create job profiles and support the selection and hiring of new employees across different departments.
Another important part of your role is supporting our employees throughout their employment journey. You will act as the primary contact for HR-related matters while ensuring structured and efficient HR administration.
In addition, you will help improve HR policies, organisational structures and internal processes, supporting the sustainable growth of the company.
Working closely with company management and department leaders, you will actively contribute to building a modern and positive company culture.
Your Profile
Ideally, you have:
- Experience in Human Resources or HR Management
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of recruitment, HR administration and employee relations
- Structured, reliable and discreet working style
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Interest in tourism, hospitality or service-based businesses
- Excellent German language skills
