To strengthen our team in Zell am See, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will acquire new property owners, build long-term business relationships and expand our regional network across Salzburg, Tyrol and Styria.
Your Tasks
As a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for acquiring new owners of holiday apartments and holiday homes while actively expanding our sales territory.
A key part of your role is lead generation, lead qualification and appointment scheduling with prospective property owners. You will conduct online meetings, telephone outreach and face-to-face consultations to understand each owner's current rental situation and business goals.
You will analyse the revenue potential of holiday properties and advise owners on professional holiday rental management, explaining the benefits of dynamic pricing, digital marketing and structured operational processes.
During personal meetings, you will present the services of we rent apartments and develop tailored property management solutions that meet each owner's individual needs.
Another important aspect of your role is building a strong regional business network by developing relationships with real estate agents, property developers, property management companies and other referral partners.
Our sales process follows a structured approach that includes lead generation, qualification, consultation and closing, ensuring that every property owner receives professional guidance throughout the decision-making process.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys communication, consulting and sales.
- Experience in sales, business development or customer consulting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in telephone prospecting and first customer conversations
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in tourism, real estate or hospitality
- Willingness to travel throughout Salzburg, Tyrol and Styria
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and business correspondence (offers and contracts)
