The Hochkönig region is one of Salzburg's fastest-growing tourism destinations and offers excellent opportunities in the holiday rental market.
To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Manager / General Manager (m/f/d) to establish, lead and grow our business in the Hochkönig region.
Your Tasks
As a Regional Manager / General Manager (m/f/d), you will establish and develop the we rent apartments business in the Hochkönig region, taking responsibility for the long-term success of the local operation.
You will build and lead a regional team responsible for guest communication, booking management and the daily organisation of our holiday rental properties.
You will develop strong relationships with tourism organisations, real estate partners, municipalities and other regional stakeholders, helping to expand our local network and create new business opportunities.
A key part of your role is acquiring holiday apartment and chalet owners, presenting our services and guiding new partners through the onboarding process.
You will also build and coordinate a reliable network of housekeeping, property care and maintenance partners to ensure high operational standards across all managed properties.
Together with your team, you will oversee the entire holiday rental operation, supported by the digital systems, marketing platform and proven processes of we rent apartments.
