To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Manager / General Manager (m/f/d) to establish and lead our business in the Gastein region while driving long-term regional growt
Your Tasks
As a Regional Manager / General Manager (m/f/d), you will establish and grow the we rent apartments business in the Gastein region, taking responsibility for its long-term success.
You will build and lead a regional team responsible for guest communication, booking management and the organisation of our holiday rental properties.
You will develop strong relationships with tourism organisations, real estate agents, municipalities, banks and regional partners, helping to expand our local network and business opportunities.
You will acquire holiday apartment and chalet owners, present our services and manage the onboarding of new properties.
In addition, you will build a reliable network of local service partners for housekeeping, property care and maintenance to ensure high operational standards.
Together with your team, you will oversee the entire holiday rental operation, including bookings, guest services and property management, supported by the digital systems and proven processes of we rent apartments.

Legal Requirements
- EU citizenship
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Clean criminal record and no ongoing insolvency proceedings
- Travel agency or hospitality licence, or willingness to obtain the required business licence
