At we.rent we have a strong commitment to protect our environment. There are several reasons, why it makes sense to focus on the ecological foot print of our touristic rental: On one hand we want to maintain existing systems for future generations and on the other hand we want to provide current guests a recreational holiday experience in our nature - whether it be in our crystal clear lakes our on our white, snowy mountains.

Did you know,

that our we.rent hand soaps are wrapped in paper on purpose?
that our shower gel dispensers are produced out of recycled PP plastic?
that our cleaning staff is using liquids based on natural ingredients? (vinegar & citric acid)
that all we.rent company cars should be powered by electric energy by 2026?
that we provide guest cards, which give you free access to public transport all year round?
that we consult all our owners and guests for sustainable operation of houses and travelling?

PLASTIC/CAN CONTAINER

Colour: Yellow

Please put all plastic wrapping and cans in the dedicated containers. Since 2024 plastic and aluminium is collected in common containers, because it makes it easier for the recycling companies to collect. Back in the old days, there were only general collections places far away from our houses. They were hardly used by our guest. In this way we can increase the recycling rate of plastic and cans together!

GLASS CONTAINER

Colour: Small black

It is very precious to separate your glass from general waste, as the glass is also very heavy and can be dangerous in general waste bags. You will find a smaller, black container with a round top. Glass bottles should be emptied and cleaned with plane water. In this way you will help our staff to bring it away and sort white and coloured glass.

PAPER CONTAINER

Container Colour: RED

You will find a container with a red top flap. It is allowed to throw thin cartridge wrapping of groceries in this container, BUT ATTENTION: The cartridge of your pizza should not go inside this one! Leave it separately to be taken away. If you want to make our facilty staff happy, leave some tip.

RUBBISH CONTAINER

Colour: BLACK

This is the option for all the waste, which is not suitable for the other containers. These include tissues, organics and composites. At the same time this is the box which should be least used. If you have big parts or you are not sure where to put them, we adives to leave it outside the containers and inform our staff so we can take care of it.
